Scoring details

Positive self-responding: / 5 (mean of Self-Kindness, Common Humanity, Mindfulness).

Negative self-responding: / 5 (raw mean of Self-Judgment, Isolation, Over-identification; higher means more negative self-responding).

For the overall score, negative subscales are reversed using 1↔5, 2↔4, 3↔3.
